SA Ras Al Khair O&M Project Breaks the Record of Energy Production

　　At local time 06:02 of Sep 29th, 2018, with the project’s joint effort, the energy production of the 10 units of Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair O&M Project reached 2819MWh, the on-grid energy reached 2523MWh and the LP steam flow was 3823T/h to DOOSAN, which broke the record of 2017.
　　
　　At present, the units go to the period of medium maintenance. From January to September, the project had finished 2 overhauls, 5 medium maintenance, 4 GT inlet screen changings and 5 commissioning tests. The O&M team planned and organized carefully to insure the maintenance works as well as the units’ steady operation. Up to 00:00 of Sep 26th, the on-grid energy reached 13506761MWh and the qualified transported steam to DOOSAN reached 21301117T, which means that the project finished the Summer Peak task successfully, and the project also won appreciation from the owner due to the excellent jobs.
　　
　　Under the premise of insuring the units’ steady operation and finishing the maintenance works, the O&M team followed the requirements of the headquarter and the EPC project, organized the key staffs and cooperated with other parties to deal with the black start, fuel oil system commissioning and project FAC works. On 24th and 29th, the black start commissioning and fuel oil system commissioning jobs came to the actual commissioning period from the preparation period. Next, the O&M team will overcome the short staff and heavy workload difficulties, try to finish all the commissioning tasks with summaries.
　　
　　The achievements lead to progress. Next, the project will further develop the iron army spirit and work harder for finishing the annual production task.
