Huafeng Weiye Company Holds the First Management Improving Training Successfully

From February 3rd to 7th, Huafeng Weiye Company held the first management improving training course, and there were more than 30 persons including the leaders of company, the managers of each department, several leaders of project participated in the training.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Ni Jiawei, General Manager of Huafeng Weiye Company, explained the necessary and importance of organizing the management improving training course and led all the trainees to study the ‘21 Basic Requirements of Being Competent Leaders’ proposed by Mr. Wang Lujun, Chairman of SEPCOIII. Mr. Ni also required that all the leaders and staff should study the ‘21 Basic Requirements’ and Mr. Wang’s speech carefully and improve their management ability, broaden their management thought and strengthen their management skills by doing this management improving training.
During the training period, our company invited 4 famous teachers for teaching and explaining the courses including ‘Leadership and Execution Improvement’, ‘Management by Objectives’, ‘Non-HR-Manager’s HRM’ and ‘Non-Financial-Manager’s Financial Management’ with their systematic theory explanation and lively cases. On the course, all the trainees thought and discussed actively about the problems happened in their work, and the atmosphere was really great. After the training, all the representatives shared their feelings and ideas with others, analyzed the disadvantages about their work and proposed their working direction of the following work. At last, Mr. Ni required that all the trainees should know the importance of management, use the knowledge and skills in their work, improve the management efficiency and do the summary carefully.
Holding the management improving training course is an important measure taken by the requirement of company’s development and the objective of improving company’s management, which also has significant meaning of improving the management team’s ability and company’s management efficiency and operation level.
