Company Organizes Staffs to Study Mr. Wang’s Speeches
In the morning of October 15th, 2015, Huafeng Weiye Company organized a meeting to study the speeches made by Mr. Wang Lujun, Chairman of SEPCOIII, at the lecture hall of building A, HTG Tower. Mr. Ni Jiawei, General Manager of the company, Mr. Li Shanggang, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Lv Tao, Chief Engineer, and all the staffs in the head quarter attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Ms. Sun Xuemei, Manager of Administration Department, and Mr. Wang Chengdong, Manager of HR Department, leaded the staffs to study the speeches. After that, Mr. Ni deeply explained the spirit of the speeches and proposed the following requirements about talent training and team construction in views of promoting company’s development and realizing company’s lasting build.
1. Pay high attention to talent training and establish training files. All the departments should establish their own training files and perfect the files by analysing the talent structure and training result.
2. Encourage the staffs to study in order to cultivate the “double-competence” talent. The staffs in different specialties should study from each other. For example, the chemical staffs could study the I&C knowledge; the ST and GT staffs could study from each other; the electrical staffs should study more about single commissioning especially partial trial operation; the boiler staffs should combine their knowledge with energy saving and emission reduction; I&C staffs should study the knowledge of performance test and take part into relevant work; O&M team should cultivate their versatile operators; commercial staffs should know more about technology and equipment; financial staffs should be familiar with both domestic and overseas financial knowledge. Therefore, we can widen our horizon of knowledge on one hand and solve the on-site problems better and quicker on the other hand.
3. Different departments should do more communication. The staffs in deferent departments could learn from each other to improve their skills.
4. All the staffs should accumulate more management knowledge when doing their work to prepare for the future work.
5. Further implement the “Weekly Lecture” activity. Every staff should give one lecture about technology, management and various skills to strengthen our talent team.
6. All the projects should study the two speeches made by Mr. Wang and report the study situations to the head quarter.
In the end, Mr. Ni said that the company’s tenth anniversary is coming, so he hopes that all the staffs could carefully study and deeply think about the content and spirit of the speeches and constantly improve themselves to build solid talent foundation and to insure company’s lasting build.
