　　Recently, Qingdao Federation of Trade Unions and Civilization Office organized the selecting and awarding activity for the 19th Workers Professional Ethics Construction ‘Double Top Ten’. Mr. Ni Jiawei, Assistant Chief Engineer of SEPCOIII, doubles as General Manager of Huafeng Weiye Company, was awarded the ‘Qingdao Workers Professional Ethics Construction Top Ten Models’.
　　
　　Over the years, Mr. Ni always loves his job and works really hard. He got a lot of achievements depending on his working spirit. He is strong enough and insistent enough to overcome various difficulties. He is also creative and innovative and always with enterprising spirit to promote the company’s development.
　　
　　The award shows the affirmation from Qingdao Federation of Trade Unions and Civilization Office to the professional ethics and spirit of Mr. Ni as well as to the work of SEPCOIII and Huafeng Weiye Company.
