Xinjiang Fuhai 20MWp Photovoltaic Grid-connected Power Generation Project is located in the south of Fuhai County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on the east bank of Jili Lake. The site is about 12km away from Fuhai County, about 1km from Jili Lake, and S318 from northwest. About 9km. The construction scale of the first phase of the project is 20MWp, and it is planned to start production on January 31, 2016.
 
The 20-megawatt photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project of China Electric Electric Altay Fuhai is under the responsibility of EPC Construction of Shandong Electric Power Construction Third Engineering Co., Ltd. It is the first photovoltaic power generation operation and maintenance project in the history of power transmission and operation of Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Including the safe, reliable and stable operation of the whole plant, the maintenance and repair of the whole plant, and the daily management of the power station. The commitment of this project will further enhance and enrich our company's operation and maintenance capabilities and qualifications in the photovoltaic field. Further develop a domestic electricity market to lay a more solid foundation.
 
The installation capacity of Zhongdian Electric Fuhai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 20MWp, the battery component is 260Wp polysilicon battery module, the power station is installed with 82560 battery panels, the installation mode is fully fixed installation, and the inverter uses 500kV inverter for a total of 40 units. The collector circuit is directly buried by 35kV cable. Each 5MWp PV array inverter forms a collector unit, and 20 inverter-box transformer units are divided into 4 groups. A total of 4 collector circuits are connected to the 35kV switch. Station power distribution room; the total on-grid power of the power generation system for 25 years is about 708.18 million kW·h, the annual average on-grid power is about 28.23 million kW·h, and the annual equivalent utilization hours is 1395h.
 
Photovoltaic power generation is a process of directly converting solar energy into electrical energy. The power generation process does not produce any harmful substances and will not adversely affect the surrounding environment. Compared with coal-fired power plants of the same scale, the project has a coal consumption of 320g/kwh. It can save the country 9063.71 tons/year of standard coal per year, and reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 73.79 tons/year, carbon dioxide by 2.27 tons/year, and nitrogen oxides of 64.24 tons/year. The environmental protection benefits are very significant.
