The 2024 “Quality Month”event of the Company has been Successfully Launched

To thoroughly implement the company's "Quality Month" initiative and further enhance the quality awareness and sense of responsibility among all employees, the Company held a kick-off ceremony on September 11, 2024, with the theme "Strengthening Quality Support, Building a Strong Quality Enterprise". The leadership team of the Company, along with department heads and project managers, attended the meeting in a combined in-person and video format.

 

Next, the Company will focus on the requirements of parent company’s "Quality Month" activities, strengthening organizational leadership and enhancing overall coordination. In line with the 2024 "Quality Month" activity plan, the company will actively plan and carry out management actions such as quality awareness training, special quality inspections, identification and rectification of quality risks, and the sharing of quality innovation achievements. These efforts aim to effectively improve the quality management level of the projects and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

 

At the conclusion of the meeting, Sun Haitao outlined the following requirements for the 2024 "Quality Month" activities: First, strengthen organizational leadership and carefully plan the various tasks during "Quality Month" to ensure the activities proceed efficiently and orderly. Second, innovate the format of the activities to inspire enthusiasm and participation from all employees, thereby increasing the impact of the event. Third, focus on practical results by addressing real issues and effectively improving the quality of project operations. Fourth, each project department must actively engage in "Quality Month" with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, contributing to the the parent company’s high-quality development.
