Rizhao Shangang O&M Project Organised a VR Safety Experience Education Event

To further strengthen safety awareness and effectively enhance employees' safety precautions and self-rescue skills, the Rizhao Shangang O&M Project, in collaboration with the owner, organized a VR safety experience education event on September 3rd.
The event took place at the Safety Experience Center of the Rizhao Steel Base, which is divided into five functional areas: Accident Experience Zone, Protective Equipment Experience Zone, Habitual Violation Identification Zone, Skill Training Zone, and Emergency Rescue Learning Zone. This VR safety experience education event, as an innovative measure of the project’s safety production work, utilizes VR (Virtual Reality) technology. Through 3D simulations, virtual scenario construction, and interactive design, it simulates accident scenarios and prevention scenes, breaking through the limitations of traditional safety training in terms of time, space, and format. It allows employees to immerse themselves in accident scenarios within a virtual environment and personally experience various high-risk accident scenes. By participating in the VR experience, employees gain a deep understanding of the urgency and importance of safety production, enhancing their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and effectively strengthening the safety mindset of the project's workforce.
Next, Rizhao Shangang O&M Project will continue to actively explore new models and methods for safety production education and publicity, ensuring that safety education efforts are deepened and solidified. This will further enhance on-site safety management and provide strong support for the safe and efficient completion of the project.
