To further strengthen on-site safety management and prevent various production safety incidents, on October 18, Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project, in collaboration with the owner, conducted a comprehensive autumn safety inspection.

This inspection thoroughly covered key areas such as the warehouse, production site, and living quarters. It involved a detailed review of the project’s safety production records, the implementation of safety responsibility systems, anti-violation procedures, and employee safety training. Additionally, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive hazard assessment of fire safety equipment in the warehouse, turbine oil system, and power distribution room, as well as the proper use of liquefied gas in the cafeteria and the regulated use of electricity in the living area. Rectification notices were issued for issues identified during the inspection, ensuring the elimination of risks in critical areas and preventing safety incidents.

Next, the project will promptly address the issues identified during the inspection and continue to carry out in-depth safety hazard investigations and rectifications. This will effectively strengthen the safety production defenses and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project.
