Linyi Hengxin Energy Group Co., Ltd. Sends Letter of Appreciation to Company

On November 20, the company received a Letter of Gratitude from Linyi Hengxin Energy Group Co., Ltd., expressing sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance of the company’s project team during the commissioning and initial operation of the civil heating station at the Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW CHP O&M Project.
Since the heating commissioning commenced in October, the company’s Linyi Hengxin Energy O&M project team efficiently advanced all preparatory work for the trial operation of the first heating station. During the critical debugging phase before operation, the project O&M team leveraged their professional technical expertise and operational experience to successfully resolve multiple key defects, including high motor temperature in the heating network makeup pump, overcurrent in the drain pump motor, and abnormal operation of the No. 1 exhaust steam heater at the first heating station. Addressing the unstable water quality of the sealing water for the heating circulation pumps, the project team proposed a technical modification to change the sealing water source from circulating water to condensate water, effectively preventing damage to the sealing devices of the heating circulation pumps and significantly enhancing equipment reliability. Additionally, prior to the heating season, the project team conducted alternating shutdown maintenance on both units, comprehensively eliminating equipment hidden dangers. They also supported Unit 2 in completing steam extraction capability tests under 50% load, 150MW, and 40% load conditions, with all unit parameters and heating parameters meeting design values. Ultimately, the first heating station successfully completed its initial operation and officially began supplying heat on November 10, providing long-awaited centralized heating to residents in Luozhuang District. This achievement further improved the owner’s comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and plant benefits, earning high praise from the owner.
