Company Completes Second 2025 Training Program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs

On the afternoon of November 18, the company successfully concluded its second 2025 training program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs. Peng Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the ompany, along with Deputy General Managers Ma Yongfeng, Li Xuesong, and Shen Mingliang, attended the closing ceremony.
During the ceremony, Peng Hong congratulated all participants on successfully completing the training and fully acknowledged the significant achievements of the program. He systematically explained the important role of Shift Leaders, Commissioning Chiefs, and other key cadres in the company’s development, emphasized the crucial function of the cadre team and professional backbone in promoting the company’s high-quality development, and thoroughly analyzed the current state of talent team development.
