Company Completes Second 2025 Training Program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs

On the afternoon of November 18, the company successfully concluded its second 2025 training program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs. Peng Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the ompany, along with Deputy General Managers Ma Yongfeng, Li Xuesong, and Shen Mingliang, attended the closing ceremony.
During the ceremony, Peng Hong congratulated all participants on successfully completing the training and fully acknowledged the significant achievements of the program. He systematically explained the important role of Shift Leaders, Commissioning Chiefs, and other key cadres in the company’s development, emphasized the crucial function of the cadre team and professional backbone in promoting the company’s high-quality development, and thoroughly analyzed the current state of talent team development. Based on the developmental challenges and actual needs of talent team building at the company, he put forward the following requirements for all trainees: firstly, correctly evaluate achievements and shortcomings, maintain strategic focus, and strengthen proactive initiatives; secondly, adhere to the core orientation of capability enhancement, strengthening learning ability, execution ability, and leadership ability; thirdly, strengthen Party building guidance and solidify ideological foundations; fourthly, strictly uphold integrity and foster a clean and upright atmosphere. Finally, Peng Hong presented certificates of honor to outstanding trainees and participated in a group photo session.
This training program served as an important practical measure for the company to implement the "Management Innovation Year" initiative, aiming to cultivate high-quality, versatile management and execution talents who are "Active, Innovative, Responsible". During the training period, the company’s corporate culture promotion team conducted a special corporate culture session themed "New Culture Guides the New Journey, New Concepts Inspire New Actions" for the trainees.The company also held a symposium themed "Empowerment, Cohesion, Excellence" to systematically summarize training experiences and consolidate team development synergy.
