To implement the company's "Year of Management Innovation" initiative and further enhance quality management standards, the Company organized its units to hold the kickoff meetings for the 2025 Annual Quality Culture Campaign from March 14 to 26.

 

On March 14, the Company organized its units to communicate the company's 2025 Annual Quality Culture Campaign Plan and the project-specific implementation plans, carrying out a comprehensive deployment of the campaign. All regional offices, specialized companies, and projects were required to focus on quality standardization, leverage specialized training, and innovate activity formats to ensure the effectiveness of the quality culture campaign.

 

From March 14 to 26, the Company's domestic and overseas projects, including Saudi Arabia Yanbu Phase III O&M Project, Luneng Haixi CSP O&M Project, and Linyi Hengxin Energy O&M Project, actively responded to the initiative. They fostered a strong quality culture by hanging quality slogans and conducting specialized training sessions. During this period, projects focused on strengthening on-site quality inspections and corrective actions by organizing activities such as quality case discussions and knowledge competitions. By integrating theory with practice, these initiatives effectively enhanced employees' quality awareness and further reinforced the Company's quality management foundation.

 

Next, the Company will continue to implement the "Year of Management Innovation" initiative, focusing on comprehensive, company-wide, and full-process quality risk control. By embedding quality awareness into all aspects of production and operations, the company aims to further elevate its quality management standards.
