Company's Sichuan Zhengdakai Distributed Energy Station Commissioning Project Successfully Completes First Turbine Grid Connection on First Attempt

At 00:18 on February 28, Company's Sichuan Zhengdakai Distributed Energy Station Commissioning Project successfully completed the first grid connection of the medium-temperature, medium-pressure back-pressure steam turbine generator set, marking that the unit is now capable of operating under normal load conditions.

 

During the preparatory phase for grid connection, Company's on-site commissioning team worked closely with all participating units, precisely defining key operational processes and strictly adhering to the startup plan for the entire unit. The commissioning work was carried out in an organized manner. During this period, the project commissioning team fully demonstrated a work ethic of "active, innovative, responsible", scientifically coordinating resources from all parties, and sequentially completing generator short-circuit tests, AVR tests, and false synchronization tests. They strictly controlled the timeline, promptly eliminating potential defects and risks, which laid a solid foundation for the successful grid connection of Unit 4 turbine. As a result, the unit met all necessary conditions for grid connection and successfully achieved its first grid connection on the first attempt. Currently, the unit is operating smoothly with excellent performance across all key indicators.

 

Next, the on-site commissioning team will continue to uphold the work approach of "mitigating risks, ensuring contract performance, strengthening management, and improving quality and efficiency". They will focus on completing all necessary commissioning tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of the turbine load test and the 72+24-hour reliability operation, and promoting the project to achieve high-quality and efficient contract fulfillment.
