Saudi Arabia GCA Successfully Completes Audit of SA Ras Al Khair O&M Project

From May 28 to 29, 2023, Saudi Arabia GCA conducted a two-day project audit of SA Ras Al Khair O&M Project. The main purpose of the audit is to review SEPCOIII’s performance on the O&M contracts for 2021 to 2022.
On May 28, after the project safety training, the audit team, accompanied by project personnel, visited the production area. The clean and tidy site and the positive mental outlook of the employees gave a good impression to the auditors. During the audit process, the project provided project execution process documents as required to ensure that auditors could have a comprehensive understanding of the execution of the O&M contract. In response to the issue of desertification, the project successfully passed the audit requirements for contract desertification clauses by submitting SA personnel recruitment documents, online contracts, training certificates and other materials.
On May 29, the auditors visited the living quarters and reviewed the land lease contract.
Through close cooperation and joint efforts between the project and SWCC, the project successfully completed the audit work. The auditors highly praised the management and operation of the O&M contract, and recognized the compliance of the O&M contract execution process.
As a long-term O&M service provider for SWCC, the Company demonstrated a high level of professional competence and teamwork spirit in the audit work, which gained the trust and appreciation of the owner. Through the audit work, the project has gained a deeper understanding of risk management in O&M contracts, and has also accumulated valuable experience for O&M contract management. Next, the project will continue to make efforts to continuously improve management level and service quality, and provide more high-quality services to the owners.
