On the morning of May 25. 2023, the 2023 cadre class of Company was successfully completed. Mr. Ni Jiawei, the president and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Company, Mr. Shi Huaiwei, the vice president, Mr. Sun Haitao, the vice president and chief engineer, Mr. Li Biao, the management director, as well as the department managers at the headquarters and 37 students, attended the symposium and graduation ceremony. Mr. Feng Tao, the manager of Human Resources Department, presided over the meeting.
Firstly, the representatives of the attending students had a themed discussion. He emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to have an innovative awareness and encourage innovative spirit, based on the job position, and from the perspective of promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the company, actively think and innovate around on-site production, technical breakthroughs, project management, business management, market development, personnel training, and other aspects, and actively provide reasonable suggestions.
