On the morning of May 25. 2023, the 2023 cadre class of  Company was successfully completed. Mr. Ni Jiawei, the president and deputy secretary of the Party committee of  Company, Mr. Shi Huaiwei, the vice president, Mr. Sun Haitao, the vice president and chief engineer, Mr. Li Biao, the management director, as well as the department managers at the headquarters and 37 students, attended the symposium and graduation ceremony. Mr. Feng Tao, the manager of Human Resources Department, presided over the meeting.

Firstly, the representatives of the attending students had a themed discussion. Based on the development of the enterprise and their own reality, the representatives had in-depth exchanges and discussions on project execution, industry chain extension, employee training and cultivation, foreign employee management, market development, and other aspects. Subsequently, the company leaders who participated in the symposium provided in-depth interpretations and comments on the viewpoints and ideas proposed by the representatives.

Mr. Ni pointed out that the training class is a cadre training class organized by  Company at a new stage of development, facing the new development situation, and deploying the key nodes of transformation and development. It aims to further improve the comprehensive management ability, team cooperation ability and project implementation ability of middle management cadres, build a talent echelon, and further consolidate the foundation and pillars for the high-quality development of the company’s career. And elaborated on why enterprises need to develop, how to maintain sustained high-quality development, and how to stimulate vitality through innovation.

He emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to have an innovative awareness and encourage innovative spirit, based on the job position, and from the perspective of promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the company, actively think and innovate around on-site production, technical breakthroughs, project management, business management, market development, personnel training, and other aspects, and actively provide reasonable suggestions. The second is to focus on learning and research, strengthen induction and summary, and cultivate innovative thinking. Not satisfied with existing cognition, constantly pursuing new knowledge, enriching one’s own knowledge structure, and emphasizing the cultivation of research and analysis abilities. During the training period, special party courses, safety management, debugging management, human resource management, business compliance management, business risk control, financial management, administration management, and Party conduct and integrity were taught. The combination of internal and external training, centralized teaching, and symposium discussions was adopted to further broaden ideas, improve understanding, deepen understanding, and enhance abilities, ensuring learning effectiveness.
