On the morning of August 9, 2023, the Company held a meeting for the new employees of 2023 at 417 Meeting Room of HTG Tower C. Mr. Peng Hong, the Party secretary, communicated with the 60 new employees, and the related department managers attended the meeting.
Firstly, Mr. Peng introduced the company’s business, management concept, market developing, key projects and talent cultivating based on the position of the company in the EPCO industrial chain, which enabled the new employees to have a deeper understanding of the company’s business scale, corporate culture, project situation, and development direction, as well as a clearer understanding of their personal job positions.
Subsequently, Mr. Peng had in-depth discussions with new employees in terms of work, learning, and life, focusing on the spirit of the company’s mid-year work conference, various reform decisions and deployment requirements, as well as new development concepts and strategic directions. He also put forward hopes and specific requirements for all new employees.
The first is to accelerate role transformation, actively adapt to the enterprise, strictly abide by company rules and regulations, and behavioral norms, while maintaining ideals and being steadfast and hardworking, and quickly adapt to new job positions.
The second is to establish a sense of hardship, learning, and loyalty in work, actively take on responsibilities, hone personal skills, and achieve personal ability improvement. To be loyal to the enterprise, proactive in work, politically oriented, willing to take on responsibilities, cultivate a sense of responsibility and team spirit, and strive to continuously achieve new breakthroughs.
The third is to always maintain a state of struggle, progress, vitality, and clarity, firmly grasp the first three years of entering the workplace, strengthen theoretical learning, firm ideals and beliefs, strengthen ability improvement, and stand out as soon as possible, laying a solid foundation for personal career development.
At the meeting, 60 new employees introduced their basic personal information and future career plans, summarized their gains and feelings during the training period, and expressed their aspirations for future work. Through the discussion, the new employees have gained a deeper understanding of the company’s basic situation and development direction, and have also pointed out the direction for future work. The new employees also expressed that in their future work, they will cherish job opportunities, hone their skills, work hard, identify their positions, and continuously improve. They will seize every day and live up to their youth, and devote themselves to the follow-up work with down-to-earth and positive attitude, contribute wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the company.
After the pre job training, the 60 new employees will continue to work in various positions both domestically and internationally. The company will also continue to provide professional training for them in various forms to promote their rapid growth and success.
