On the morning of August 9, 2023, the Company held a meeting for the new employees of 2023 at 417 Meeting Room of HTG Tower C. Mr. Peng Hong, the Party secretary, communicated with the 60 new employees, and the related department managers attended the meeting.

Firstly, Mr. Peng introduced the company’s business, management concept, market developing, key projects and talent cultivating based on the position of the company in the EPCO industrial chain, which enabled the new employees to have a deeper understanding of the company’s business scale, corporate culture, project situation, and development direction, as well as a clearer understanding of their personal job positions.

Subsequently, Mr. Peng had in-depth discussions with new employees in terms of work, learning, and life, focusing on the spirit of the company’s mid-year work conference, various reform decisions and deployment requirements, as well as new development concepts and strategic directions. He also put forward hopes and specific requirements for all new employees.
