On December 27,  Company successfully concluded its comprehensive employee skills enhancement training program for the year 2023. The event was attended by Li Shanggang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of  Company, relevant department heads, and 50 participants in a combined format of video and on-site participation.

At the meeting, Li Shanggang warmly congratulated all the participants who successfully completed the training and gave full recognition to the achievements of this training session. He expressed that the smooth execution of various projects and the sustained healthy development of the company depend on the support of high-quality and high-level talents. He hopes that all the participants will take this training as an opportunity to establish lofty aspirations, cultivate resilience, refine professional capabilities, enhance comprehensive qualities, and quickly grow into high-caliber talents that meet the company’s development requirements.

Li Shanggang, in light of this training and future work practices, has put forward specific requirements for the participants:

Secondly, apply what you learn, with practical application driving further learning. Clearly define your learning direction and goals, apply the acquired knowledge to practical work, and continually improve your work proficiency.
