The comprehensive training for the production management personnel of the long-term O&M Projects of the Company has successfully concluded

Between November 14 and 28, the Company conducted a 15-day specialized training program on production management for the management personnel of their long-term O&M projects at domestic power plants.

During the training process, 14 key members and management backbones from project teams of long-term O&M projects, including the Morocco Jerada O&M Project, Qinghai Gonghe CSP O&M Project, Iraq Salah Al-din O&M Project, underwent comprehensive learning on various aspects of production management. This included advanced power plant safety management, unit operations, maintenance and repair, production technology, material procurement, personnel subcontracting, contract management, achieved through on-the-job learning, site visits, and discussions. Throughout this period, they actively participated in training on operational shifts, management systems for operation and maintenance team meetings, and engaged in a total of 9 focused seminars with various advanced power plant production management departments. They also took part in 4 site visits for learning and 2 management exchange and summary meetings.

After 15 days of training, leaders and management key personnel of the Company’s long-term O&M project team have further deepened their understanding of advanced power plant management concepts and methods. This includes safety management, operational management, maintenance management, production planning management, technical management, personnel subcontracting management, etc. The training has effectively enhanced their overall qualities and operational management skills, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safe and stable operation of project units in the future.

The next step for the Company involves closely aligning with the functional positioning of ’operating units,’ with a focus on the work principles of ’strengthening management, reducing risks, ensuring performance, and improving quality and efficiency’. The company will consistently reinforce the construction of the production and operation management team, aiming to enhance the planning, implementation, and control capabilities in project production and operation management. This initiative is geared towards improving the efficiency of project production and commitment, making unremitting efforts to contribute to the company’s high-quality development.
