On the morning of November 14th, the Company organized a specialized training in production management for long-term O&M project management personnel at the power plant. Fourteen members of the project teams from long-term O&M projects such as Morocco Jerada O&M Project, Qinghai Gonghe CSP O&M Project, Iraq Salah Al-din O&M Project, including project leaders and key management personnel, participated in the training.
The training at the power plant this time was led by Li Shanggang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Company. During the training, Li Shanggang introduced the background and purpose of organizing this training. He emphasized the importance of seizing the opportunity to learn on-site at the power plant, focusing on being "practical, useful, and effective." He set the foundation on "high goals, high standards, and high requirements" and aimed to enhance the production management capabilities and professional qualities of the long-term operational project personnel.
Following the company’s working philosophy of "strengthening management, reducing risks, ensuring performance, and improving quality and efficiency," Li Shanggang urged everyone to benchmark against advanced power plants. The training focused on "power plant on-site management," aiming to proficiently grasp knowledge in advanced power plant operation, maintenance, accident handling, and other production management aspects. The goal was to enhance the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
The training will last for half a month, employing methods such as on-site learning, exchange and discussion teaching, and systematic training. The training covers a wide range of topics, including power plant safety management, operation management, maintenance management, production planning management, technical management, fuel management, and subcontractor management.
In the following steps, the Company will strictly follow the training plan to carry out the training work, aiming to successfully complete the training tasks.
