In order to prevent the freezing of the unit in winter, and implement the deployment of the Autumn Safety Inspection work, on the afternoon of October 14, the Haixi CSP O&M Project carried out a special inspection for preventing freezing in winter.

This inspection was led by the project manager, focusing on the whole plant outdoor fire hydrant, fire pipeline and other facilities. Project manager Liu Baoping stressed that each department should strictly follow the requirements of the project equipment anti-freezing and anti-frost work, carry out anti-freezing and heating equipment inspection and maintenance work in an orderly manner, make immediate corrections for the problems found in the inspection, and strengthen the on-site tracking and checking according to the weather conditions to ensure that hidden safety hazards are eliminated, and to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

Next, the project will continue to carry out in-depth cold and frost prevention inspection of the unit in accordance with the requirements of "hierarchical control and supervision", strengthen the inspection of on-site equipment and facilities, and hence to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
