Company Organises the 2024 Spring Safety Inspection Activity

To further implement the parent company’s work arrangements on safety production and strengthen safety management and control in key areas, recently, the Company organized the 2024 Spring Safety Inspection Activity. From March 15th to March 19th, various regions, specialized companies, and projects of the Company successively held kickoff meetings for the 2024 Spring Safety Inspection.

 

This “Spring Inspection” activity, in accordance with the requirements of “the joint responsibility of the Party and government, dual responsibilities of one position, and accountability for negligence”, is led by the main leaders, divisional leaders, and the Chief Safety Officer of various units of the Company. It involves a thorough inspection of major electrical safety hazards, special equipment, firefighting (fire hazards), and accidents involving hazardous chemicals. Each unit of the Company has established a leadership team for the Spring Safety Inspection activity, focusing on the goals and requirements. During the kickoff meeting, each unit formulated practical implementation plans tailored to their specific circumstances, clearly defining the key areas of special inspection and deploying various key tasks. This sets a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the subsequent Spring Inspection activities.

 

On March 15th, in accordance with the “Spring Inspection” activity plan, Pakistan Haveli O&M Project required each department and specialty to conduct in-depth inspections of safety hazards. They emphasized the implementation and execution of daily safety management for foreign employees in conjunction with the actual site conditions. This was done to further tighten and solidify the responsibility for safety production for all personnel, decisively preventing safety production accidents.On March 17th, Haixi CSP O&M Project decomposed the contents of the Spring Safety Inspection document. During the recent maintenance operation of Heat Salt Pump A, they implemented the “safety briefing and personnel observation” system, conducted thorough safety self-inspections such as equipment safety performance checks and “hazard analysis”, ensuring the safety of on-site construction operations. On March 19th, Guangdong Yunfu O&M Project carried out a special safety inspection with the theme of “lightning protection, flood prevention, and typhoon prevention”. They effectively grasped the work of safety production to prevent various types of safety accidents from occurring.

 

Next, the Company will further strengthen safety production management, conduct various special inspection activities in depth, and integrate the rectification of safety production hazards into daily health and safety management work. This is to ensure that the Spring Safety Inspection activity is effectively implemented and achieves tangible results.
