Company Organises and Hosts the Second Phase of Employee Comprehensive Skills Enhancement Training Program

To implement the relevant work arrangements of the “Management Enhancement Year” at the Company, enhance the comprehensive skills of key position employees, and support the high-quality development of the company's business, on the afternoon of March 19th, the Company organized and hosted the second phase of an employee comprehensive skills enhancement training program. Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, relevant department heads, and 50 participants attended the opening ceremony in person or via video conference.

 

At the meeting, Wang Jian first introduced the importance of hosting this training program and delivered a motivational speech titled “Finding the Right Position, Applying What You Learn, Enhancing Skills, and Striving for the High-Quality Development of the Company”. Drawing on international EPC engineering project management experience and insights, he urged all participants to: first, identify their professional positioning, clarify career goals, enhance professional competitiveness, and quickly grow into outstanding talents that meet the company's requirements; second, apply what they learn, enhance the initiative and relevance of learning, and continuously improve their work performance; third, emphasize the practical effectiveness of learning, integrate specific tasks of the “Management Enhancement Year”, effectively improve their own comprehensive qualities and professional skills, and promote the company's development to achieve new results.

 

As an important part of the Company's annual training efforts, hosting employee comprehensive skills enhancement training programs is a significant measure to further strengthen the cultivation of compound cadres who understand management, operation, and technology, accelerate the construction of a professional talent pool, and establish a ladder-style reserve force of management personnel for future development. This training program is rich in content, covering a wide range of management knowledge across multiple dimensions, including themed educational party lectures, integrity education, management cognition, goal management, time management, problem-solving, communication skills, teamwork, document writing, and personal competency enhancement.
