At 21:25 on April 28th, Unit 1 of the Company’s Rizhao Shangang O&M Project was successfully connected to the grid, marking the successful completion of the Grade C+ overhaul for Unit 1.
The Grade C+ overhaul, initiated on April 2nd, lasted for 26 days, involving multiple disciplines such as turbine, electrical, and thermal engineering. It encompassed over a hundred specific tasks, sequentially completing and rectifying major overhaul projects and addressing various defects affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit, including issues such as the generator rotor demagnetization, replacement of the outlet butterfly valve of Unit 1's A circulating water pump, significant hydrogen leakage from Unit 1's generator, and major maintenance and reinforcement of the last-stage blades of Unit 1's auxiliary turbine.
During the overhaul period, the project meticulously organized and scientifically planned the operation, adhering to the principle of “what should be repaired must be repaired, and what is repaired must be done well”, strictly implementing all standards and regulations of overhaul management. Management personnel went deep into the front line, conducting rigorous real-time monitoring of high-risk areas such as confined space operations, working at heights, and hot work, to ensure that all overhaul work progressed according to plan. The project overhaul team closely tracked the repair status of each defect, actively coordinated multiple resources, strictly adhered to the overhaul process cards, and earnestly fulfilled their duties. Any overhaul projects on-site that did not meet the process requirements were promptly corrected and rectified. Through the collective efforts of all personnel in the project, the Grade C+ overhaul task for Unit 1 was ultimately completed with high quality and on schedule, earning high recognition from the owner.
Next, the project will continue to uphold the work style of “high standards, strict requirements, meticulousness, and pragmatism”, further strengthening on-site equipment operation and maintenance management to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, and promote the project to achieve high-quality and efficient performance.
