Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project Organized the Annual Commendation meeting for Chinese and Myanmar employees in 2023

In order to further motivate all cadres and employees to be proactive, initiative, and creative, and to guide them to fulfill their duties at their posts, the Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project organized the annual commendation meeting for Chinese and Myanmar employees on the afternoon of April 8th, 2023. The project leadership team, as well as heads of various departments, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.
In 2023, it marked the first year of transition from the preparatory phase to the operational phase for the Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project. After entering commercial operation on May 19th, the project fully took over the operational tasks, swiftly stabilizing production while collaborating with the EPC contractor and the owner to complete various final tasks. Throughout this year, the project implemented a “localization” strategy, actively hiring Myanmar employees and conducting job skills training, thereby establishing a reliable human resource support system for project operations.
During the meeting, Project Manager Wang Jian announced the commendation decisions, fully recognizing the outstanding contributions and exemplary leadership roles of the award-winning individuals in the 2023 operational work. At the end of the meeting, Project Manager Wang Jian, Deputy Project Managers Zhu Yanhua and Cheng Jiyu respectively presented honorary certificates to Chinese and Myanmar employees who received the “Outstanding Individual Award”, “Excellent Contribution Award”, “Best Mentor Award”, and “Best Trainee Award”, expressing warm congratulations to the award-winning employees.
The recognition ceremony not only serves as a summary and review of the past year's work but also as a vision and expectation for future endeavors. The Myanmar Kyaukpyu O&M Project will seize this opportunity to further enhance the comprehensive skills of its employees and the project management level, following the work philosophy of “risk mitigation, contractual compliance, strengthened management, and improved quality and efficiency”, thereby contributing greater efforts to the company's development.
