To further enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation awareness, as well as evacuation capabilities of the project staff, Qinghai Gonghe CSP O&M Project organized earthquake and fire emergency evacuation drills on May 12th.

To ensure the smooth conduct of this drill, the project meticulously planned and organized, preparing the drill plan in advance. At 18:20, Project Manager Liu Baoping pressed the alarm button simulating an earthquake and fire incident, officially initiating the drill. Participants swiftly reacted, immediately taking cover in sturdy locations such as triangular areas or inner wall corners, protecting their heads with their hands. After the earthquake subsided, they evacuated quickly, safely, and orderly along the designated evacuation routes outlined in the drill plan to the specified area. The coordination of this drill was well-executed, with appropriate emergency responses. Participants further familiarized themselves with evacuation routes and emergency sheltering methods, mastering correct self-rescue and mutual aid skills, effectively enhancing the emergency response and evacuation capabilities of the project staff. The drill achieved the expected results.

This drill evaluated the feasibility of the project's emergency evacuation plan, further enhancing the emergency command coordination and evacuation capabilities of the project staff in response to sudden events. In the future, the project will continue to strengthen emergency supplies reserves and management, solidly carry out various disaster prevention and mitigation work, and effectively strengthen the safety production defense line.
