Huafeng Weiye Company Organizes Performance Evaluation Training Conference
During the conference, Mr. Wang Chengdong, HR Manager, firstly read out the notice of taking responsibility to 2015 company evaluation performance. After that, Mr. Ni led the participants to learn the report on the meeting of company evaluation performance 2015 made by Mr. Wang Lujun and Mr. Sun Degao. The conference decided to set up the working group of performance evaluation and arranged the relevant works.
Next, the company will follow the requirements proposed by the parent company, complete the performance evaluation procedures and regulation combined with our reality, carry out the evaluation indicators analysis works and responsibility letter signing work, further improve the internal management level and work performance, guarantee the development of company’s commissioning and O&M business, and make contribution to accomplishing parent company’s fourth five years strategic plan target.
