With the continuous rising temperature, Haixi CSP O&M Project comprehensively and took multiple measures and deployed the work for Summer Peak based on the project characteristics and previous years’ work situation, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit and its auxiliary equipment.
The project department implemented the company’s work requirements for Summer Peak, comprehensively analyzed the situation of project units, set a Summer Peak leadership group, specified responsibilities, clarified goals, refined measures, and compacted responsibilities layer by layer to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers. The project department organized various departments to cooperate with the owner to carry out special inspections and trial operations of the entire plant’s air conditioning and fresh air units. For the main equipment and systems, took high-standards and comprehensive investigation. Based on the inspection results, formulated rectification plans, determined rectification tasks, and implemented closed-loop rectification to fully ensure the safe and stable operation of the units.
Provide technical support. The project formulated instructions for the summer operation and use of E-HOUSE air conditioners, preventive measures for high vibration of condensate pump A/B during operation, emergency drill plans for rupture of explosion-proof membranes and cleaning time regulations for summer heliostats, and emergency drill plans for abnormal accidents in the water supply system to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the summer, laying a solid foundation for fully building a safe production defense line.
Next, the project will continue to adhere to the work policy, implement the company’s safety management system, pay close attention to safety management, effectively ensure the safe operation of equipment and facilities, and promote the orderly development of the project’s safety production work.
