Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organizes Eid al-Fitr celebration activities for Pakistani employees

On April 10th, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organized an Eid al-Fitr celebration event for Pakistani employees.
As of now, the project has employed over 130 Pakistani staff, with a localization rate reaching as high as 80%. Since taking over the operation and maintenance tasks, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project has placed great importance on local management, making scientific use of local resources and conducting various cultural care activities tailored to local conditions. During the Ramadan period, the project fully respects the religious beliefs and customs of Muslim employees, arranging shifts reasonably to ensure the physical health of Pakistani staff. For this celebration activity, the project planned ahead and prepared meticulously, distributing items to Muslim employees who remained steadfast at their frontline positions during the holiday period, conveying holiday greetings and best wishes to them. The Pakistani employees expressed their collective commitment to future work with even greater enthusiasm, aiming to make greater contributions to the project's high-quality performance.
This celebration event fully demonstrates the project’s humane care for Pakistani employees, bringing the Chinese and Pakistani staff closer and effectively enhancing the cultural identity and sense of belonging among Pakistani employees. Next, the project will continue to advance the strategy of “localization and internationalization” in accordance with the deployment of the “2024 Management Enhancement Year” initiative, efficiently utilizing local resources, further optimizing personnel structure, and fully ensuring the project's high-quality and efficient performance.
